Travel is my passion. There is nothing better than putting together a customer's tailor-made itinerary to then hear what an amazing trip they had.
I take the time to understand each person's requirements and what matters to them most on holiday. I ensure I find the best price and holiday to suit them personally.
No 2 days are the same, I could be organising a honeymoon to the Maldives 1 day to a family holiday to Florida the next. I have lots of customers wanting to tick off their bucket-list destinations, as well as people just wanting a luxury city break for a few days.
I love cruising, which offers amazing value for money. The facilities on-board are second to none and totally spoiled for choice.
My favourite destinations include Turkey, the Maldives, cruising, Florida and Lake Garda.
I am also happy to make appointments with my customers in person if they are Ayrshire based for that extra special holiday.
I ensure I keep in contact with my customer throughout their holiday journey, from the enquiry stage, till they return home. I am happy to help with the countries' travel advice, little extras like excursions, and airport lounges.
Brilliant Bear also loves to travel the world with my customers and has been to many fabulous destinations including meeting Santa in Lapland and Mickey Mouse in Orlando.
